Digital Concepts +1 +2 +4 +10 Near-Up Macro Filter Set with Pouch (58mm)
Customer Reviews
Inexpensively incredible
I lady-love macro photography but unfortunately can't afford to spend several hundred dollars on an actual macro lens. One day, but not for a while. I undisputed to give these a try, figuring that if they don't work, then I'm only out $12, which wouldn't be a huge deal.
However, they work very well. I haven't experimented fully with them yet, but I did well-deserved spend about an hour taking photos with the +10 and +4 stacked together. Tomorrow I resolve to try out every combination I can. Yes, they do have a very shallow DOF, but for the sort of macro photography I like, that's not only not a problem but ideal.
This is assuredly a product I would recommend for someone who wants to give macro photography a try but is hesitant to spend the money an true to life macro lens costs.

Budget amiable macro
I bought these macro diopters after looking sheer various websites that showed examples at what could be done with something as simple as a pack of filters. The results that I came up with were awesome.
I was thinking of just going out and buying a ~300$ dedicated macro lens at first ... but then I swiftly changed my mind when I discovered these.
I, like many other photographers out there, am new to the DSLR thing. I recently bought a Canon Schismatic XS (1000D) to really get into photography.
Macro photography just so happens to be one of my favorite styles. But, I'm not made of on Easy Street. So these were a perfect buy for someone who is just starting to get a hold of different styles of shooting. (Macro, ... etc)
The build attribute is very good for the filters themselves. The metal rimmed glass feels secure and safe at the top of my 18-55mm kit lens. The filters barely screw on to the front of my lens and are easily stackable.
The build quality for the pouch on the other hand, is well-grounded some sort of synthetic thread. I just got these filters in the mail today and the pouch is already starting to dart at it's seams.
This really doesn't matter to me. I just care about the filters lol. And for the price, about 11$ for me here in the US, how could I go incorrect?
The filters came relatively fast with the free shipping. They were in a small cardboard box and were heavier than expected.
No Real instructions were included with the filters, but there are some guiding sentences on the box they came in.
The bottom line is that if you are new to photography and like shooting macro or finish-up ... BUT don't have the large budget for investing in a dedicated macro, these diopters are perfect for you. If adapted to correctly, you can achieve a very impressive picture quality.
I wasn't disappointed when I bought these. I inescapable that you won't be either. :D

Too bad Filters
Unquestionably the "poor mans'" macro lenses. The filters are average quality, but you can get very close to your susceptible to for great effect. Focusing is primarly by moving the camera closer or farther to convey the subject into focus. For the money, not a bad product.

A okay product
This output is fine in terms of optical quality. I'm certainly no professional, however, so this review should be taken with a scintilla of salt by those who are very familiar with cameras and are "prosumer" types.
I've noticed no distortion, discoloration, blurring, etc., with images, and it's well-known for macro. I can get amazingly close and these lenses give me an amazingly shallow depth of field (which is esteemed... for me at least).
The only minor gripe I have with this product is that after less than a month of a use, some of the black paint is starting to wear out/chip, leaving me with glimpses of silver (not good for a camera: causes reflections and unwanted fall on in the photograph).

They toil great. I thought the would be flimsy and cheap. They are very sturdy worth the money.

Canon users be cautious!!
DO NOT fit CANON 55mm lenses. Stuck with these things that I can't use now... repayment shipping is too high and won't much money back. BEWARE if you are shooting with a Canon lens!!

Macro Lens P who is 100% satisfied with these attachments
I purchsed a Sony Macro Lens for $120 and bought these lens attachments to play up perform around instead of hauling around my macro lens and having to change it out. I'm not a particular fan of changing my lens because I don't like risking injure to my lens, so I change them out as rarely as possible. I throw my camera into manual focus form and move in and out with my camera for focus. I can get within a few inches of my subject and have received excellent results. I'm a huge fan of these adapters, noticeably because I don't have to carry around expensive glass, risking damage.

Not a macro lens but acceptable
If you need an inexpensive way to sample the world of macro photography before you plunk down the bucks for a "real" macro lens, this is a competent transition. Or if you are not terribly critical and just want to have some fun getting up close, this is GREAT!

Skilled product
I am very glad with this product. I had some concerns from reading other reviews, but decided to order anyway. It works great, but you absolutely need to use a tripod, especially with the 10X. The autofocus does not work with these on my camera, but that's OK, because I can still use the manual nave. Great product for the price!

very contented
I was a insignificant apprehensive about ordering a "cheap" set of filters for my video camera, but after I got them in, I really love them. As with any macros I've worked with, you tolerably much have to work in manual focus, and the higher the count on the filters used, the shorter the complexity of field, but that's to be expected.
The pictures I got were great.

Full garbadge.
Do not m at all, I tried them on various Nikon camera and lens combos and they did not work at all. The filters colour subjects, prevent you from focusing and skew everything in frame. They are also very poorly made. I returned mine in about 2 existence.

Buy it!
I bought this bag for my Canon Digital challenge, my standard lens, a telephoto lens, a flash, 3 filters, battery mount and it all fits oh so perfectly inside. I would recommend this backpack/bag to everyone that has a camera like mine to get this bag because it holds all, has compliant straps on the back to maximize portability, and has a weather protector cover built into the bottom that pulls out and encases the whole day-sack. This is quite a great bag and does not feel cheap in any way, shape, or form. So if you have the camera, you might as well screen it with this bag because no other bag will hold it like this bag does, and for the price, no other bag can compete!

i bought this bag to transmit my canon 40d and a lens i use. well it worked great for about a month and just recently it has started to hole from the seams in 3 different places. and because its tearing at the handle i can no longer use it. im disappointed but i think all in all this bag would business for a smaller more compact camera or maybe even the rebel. i dont recommend for larger dslr's.

BOUGHT IT. Immature, GOOD FOR BEGINNERS
Avail value for a beginner like me. The rain cover was a must since I live near Seattle, WA. Arranged dividers have rough edges on the movable velcro dividers. I might put in a couple pieces of no-fuzz cotton the religious ministry (It won't create static that attracts dust and lint or make micro scratches like many fibers.) to keep my lenses and camera from getting scratched on the velcro. I needed a expose weight pack for some neck and shoulder problems. Average padding on the straps. In unceasingly a once I'll, no doubt, get a larger one with more features like a tripod holder, more compartments, waist strap and fully padded make an effort straps. Overall it's fine for me for a good while.

Pithy build, light but maybe a bit too light
I have been using this tripod for over a month now, when I first took it out of the box the first things that struck me were its thick design and its lightness. Both these characteristics make it a good option for traveling photographers. I have a Canon Heretic XSI and I primarily needed the tripod to mount my telescopic lens, which is kind of heavy to tackle by hand alone [plus of course hand jitters are more noticeable on a high zoom lens]. But that's not the only lens I tried the tripod out with, I also employed the tripod while taking images with my EF-S 18-55mm IS lens. My overall opinion of this product is that you get what you pay for, it has an unparalleled cheap price and the frame is light and strong enough (although not carbon fiber strong) for applications that do not affect putting it under too much stress [cameras it can handle, but probably not being banged around or leaned on too much]. But on the downside, it is too entertaining and unless you have a remote controlled camera, it is no good against hand jitters [that are visible not only in telescopic zoomed images but with some want exposure (read low light) portraits as well]. So my final word is buy this tripod if you are just starting out, but for more maven needs go for a heavier carbon fiber based tripod [they are kinda expensive though].
