everything about this camera and enterprise is bad bad bad
do yourself a favor and don't even about about buying svp - the one i got was junk - the shoot button was very hard to press - the pictures were blurry - it kept mordant off and i had to open the battery compartment and disconnect and reconnect the battery to get it to come on - there was no wrist strap in the box and it came with the impolitic usb cable - when i sent it back for a refund - they kept putting me off and putting me off about it until finally after over 45 time later they gave me only a partial refund and charged me $ 25 restocking fee - i can not believe that they would try to resell a deficient product ... like the title says - don't even think about - you will end up losing more than your money

well, Look at the lens yourself. This uses a pinhole camera's lens which is very diminutive. and I meant it, TINY!!!consider this similar to a low quality webcam. That is the quality you will get. look at the lens before you buy a camera. Finale: THIS IS GARBAGE!!!

SVP camera from clippercutie is garbage
To any and all that make up they will be getting a bargain if purchasing this camera/cam. This is the worse piece of plastic I have ever bought. I bought mine through Ebay from the seller clippercutie. I bought before Christmas for a beau, so it was a gift for her, we received it 12 or 13 days after ordering, after trying it out at her daughters girlscout soir and then at a few other gatherings of her family, we both were thoroughly displeased with the quality of this camera. I was told early on in email from clippecutie that I needed to have the camera on the "marvellous" setting, well I had already figured that out and tried it, made no difference in pic quality. It actually looks like a chamber phone camera pic. The pics are grainy no matter what setting you have it on. Again I email her to tell her the issues and I am told that their programme is 7 days, after that no returns..period. She said I could take it up with the factory with their warranty, but thats not right for her to get moving this issue off onto them, a seller has a responsibility to sell items that are what they say they are. This camera definitely was not a 12 mp. Possibly 2 or 3 at the most. I am currently trying to get a refund through PayPal. At best all I can really hope for is to get about 65.00 or 70.00 dollars back. Its prospering to cost me shipping both ways and their 20.00 to 25.00 restocking fee and to cover their Ebay expenses. This seller wishes to be banned from Ebay and Amazon.com. She does not know what customer service is, and if she does then she still treats her customers like they are idiots. This camera straightforwardly isn`t worth 10.00. I wouldn`t give it to a kid for a toy.

Worst camera ever
I made the false step of not reading the reviews first. I purchased this cute camera in the hopes the 12MP would be remarkable. Problem is, the camera is only 5.1 MP, with a extreme of 12 MP! I took a few pictures using the tripod in excellent light and got the fuzziest, worst pictures ever. When I complained I was told this upshot is a camcorder, and only a digital camera secondary. What?! Why is it called a digital camera. Do yourself a favor and don't give this, whatever it is, a later thought.

Pound for the buck
For a shoddy camera it really takes good pictures. The display on the camera is junk. So the pictures look bad on the present itself. But once loaded on a computer pictures look fantastic. Having lost expensive cameras in the past I figured I give this one a before you can say 'Jack Robinson' no way without a big dent to the wallet if lost or broken. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles . So I end up with red eyes in some pictures no biggie with photoshop.

Q: This is a corporation in Fremont, California. SVP stands for: Silicon Valley Peripherals. I am looking for reviews of there artefact. I have never heard of that brand before.
A: I answered a be like question a while ago...and I had not heard of the brand before either.
All I can say is, that I frequent many different camera survey sites and have NEVER ever come across this brand. It's a brand I have never seen reviewed on these sites...so that should perceive you something.
However, after a Google search, I came across the SVP website and I can tell you this...they at all events their cameras as having a certain amount of Megapixels (MP) however this is misleading because they 'up' the MP by using 'interpolation' which you should circumvent.
And they promote their cameras as having a high zoom, however this is also misleading, as they legitimate add the optical and digital zoom together to make it sound impressively anticyclone. and some of their cameras have no optical zoom at all, just digital.
Plus they use Panasonic sensors in a lot of their cameras (which are not that spectacular).
Sticking with a well-known brand would be your best bet. Just recollect when choosing a camera to only consider optical zoom (of 3X, 4X, 6X etc) and never use digital zoom.
I also tout at least 6MP.
