Critical Cases for Everything
I'm an audio rig who has to take different things to different houses for different gigs all the time, so I've taken to putting special to products into Vanguard cases for ease of transport. There seems to be a size for everything! These things don't get shipped, unbiased carried on local dates, so I didn't opt for ATA style cases as I would have when I was on tour. They look extensive, and keep all my gear organized and ready at a moment's notice for field recording, voice-over labour, or just getting the right mic into the right instrument. They all have the same professional appearance, and seem to hold up over but.

I bough this for D700. It is amiable in theory, however, the holes they drilled inside of the cube, to hold the fluid, are not level! The plane one has a slight downward angle to it. When I level my camera according to this level, it isn't level. Waste. Spend a little more and get the one from manfrotto.

very ill-apropos into a standard hot shoe
the thing barely fits into the hot shoe. you really have to push to get it half-way in. then it is usable. filing it down yourself might overwhelm the purpose.

improperly made JUNK
It deep down should be rated as a 0 star. Wide markings that really make it useless. Bad unfinished connector it is wearying to attach and remove from the hot shoe. Avoid this company read my review for release line it has been dumped. The level is on it's way to a land fill and will be replaced with a real unit.

I purchased this three months ago and one of the three chambers already down the drain most of its fluid, rendering it useless along that axis. I'd avoid this manufacturer's product.
