Not bad but not the nicestNot a bad camera. No inauguration instructions in the box. But saying that it was easy to install. Only down fall is that the picture doesn't seem a clear as I expected. But for the get I can't complain.

Tolerable CameraI installed the PYLE10 on Sunday and I assume it works fantastic. the image is extremely clear so regarding the review(s) that had a different undergo, perhaps it was not installed correctly. I ended up tapping into the reverse lights and ground wires from my tow wire council of my Nissan Xterra. The got this camera specifically for when backing up to my boat trailer. I mocked up a hitch in my stab way and was deadon the first try. the only thing I will say, which I don't believe is camera specific is that it is very difficult to determine distance. I think that is based off camera spot though. Last night I was backing into my driveway and I wanted to see how close I could get to my wifes car, it looked like I was active to hit it when i was still a few feet away. I think that if I positioned the camera higher (like up on my tailgate), the viewing oblique would have given a better idea on distance.

Friendly Camera for the Money
This is a unforgivable camera for $30. No it does not have the clarity of a $400-500 dollar camera, but what do you expect. It mounted quickly and surely on the license plate, and provides more than adequate picture for the little time you use it. My only complaint was the the video string was too short to reach my cab, so I simply added another length of cable. Works great, remarkably for hooking up to a trailer. Cudo's to Pyle for providing a simple, low cost camera option!!!
Not the finest
This camera has ordinary picture quality. After two weeks use this item is worthless, and the lens and ir leds are covered with digest. The case that it is in is NOT AT ALL watertight.
Functioning camera but tasteless quality
On one's guard for Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R7MG0D4Q84XWU This camera functions, meaning it transmits an image from the lens to your audit, however, the image quality is disgusting, it's some sort of weird black and white negative incarnation. I would not recommend this product.
But if you do decide to buy: it comes with a single RCA/composite yellow wire about 12ft sustained. Also comes with a power wire which is about 3feet long. The RCA and power wires plug into womanly connectors making it easy to connect and disconnect. There is no easy way to disconnect the connectors (if that makes drift) so if you have to drill a hole to enter your trunk it will be a lot larger than the wire actually needs to be.
Also this fetish is pretty big and noticeable making it not very attractive. I installed a similar wireless backup cam in my pops social relations and that camera was about half the size of this thing.
I will be personally saving my money and purchasing a better camera in the following, but since this is installed I plan on using it for now.

Faultless pocket CameraI got this camera as a charity about 2 years ago now to just take everyday photos, and to have with me for short road trips for those "little moments". This camera does a gentle job for someone needing it for these requirements.

SD expansion (i have 512mb in it = 1024 photos on greatest quality)
Resonable battery life- around 200 photos I believe, if not more
Good Take the measure of, fits in my pocket
Price-35 dollars on clearance at a chain store.
Downs:
1.3megapixels-4x6 is as big as you can get a photo with neither here nor there quality/no pixelation
Small buttons-can easily accidently erase something
No sound on video clips-not a big apportion, it's a camera!!
Overall, I am very pleased with this, have gotten much use out of it, and as another reviewer did, this is an excellent starter camera for kids. Hope this is utilitarian
Enormous little camera for the money...
I got this camera for $60 at Butt for my almost 8 y/o son for Christmas... it is a great little camera for the money! You can use the LCD screen for taking and viewing pictures (good like mom's camera) and the picture quality is pretty good, too. We haven't used the video use yet, but my son thinks that is going to be really cool, too... it also has macro and distance functions... It holds 14 (highest calibre) pictures w/o any kind of card, but we bought him a 128 MB SD Card and now it holds 247 (highest mark) pictures. We tried a similar camera by Vivitar and returned it for this one... the only drawback I can see is it takes a cheap photo lithium battery, not something I can just recharge...
Only ONE Salutary Thing About It!
I bought this camera for a very unorthodox occassion. I needed a camera for a very special trip I was taking with my daughter.
First, there isn't an memory card that would fit into it without SHOVING it in! I did get complete photos. Too bad the camera DELETED them while I watched, not even TOUCHING anything! I had a good return policy, which is the ONLY good feature about this piece of JUNK!!!

I am not a photographer and don't envision to be one. However, I do enjoy taking pictures of everyday life to cherish the memories. I was hesitant to buy a digital camera at this penalty because I was afraid the picture quality would be poor. I believe I made the right decision in purchasing this one.
Yes, there are happier cameras on the market - there are A LOT worse. It does have its little bugs as the others have stated, but I would still recommend this camera for those that want to take friendly pictures at a reasonable price.
I am VERY thrilled with this camera!
I was sensitive about purchasing this camera but have been really pleased with this camera. It takes absolutely TERRIFIC pictures. It is much easier to use than the camera I use at employment that cost over $... The software was also very user friendly (again much easier than the camera I use at work). It also uses a CR123 lithium freestyle instead of AA or AAA in most cameras in this price range. That will save me money. It also has an LCD screen which is the only camera I found in this price range with the LCD. I bought a SD be honest to go with the camera and can take 125 high resolution photos with it. I HIGHLY recommend this camera!
