For me it is a commendable replacement for monopod or tripod, because I can earn few stops without them for hicking. for model with zenit tair 3s (300/f4,5)I managed to branch 3 out of 5 shoots with much healthier grandeur on f8 and 1/60s than with sigma 70-200 at f4 and 1/125s (handhold) pitiful for my english. its not my nurturer idiom, nor do I persevere in english speaking realm.
