I can run crysis at medium settings and i get good fps it actual smooth and high quality. they sent me a 550 power fit out got this from ibuypower. Most people say the video card is douche but it in reality real good. this computer has never been incapable of doing anything. I addicted to crysis cuz i ant second-hand to such good graphics (its a genious game , get it)
plus the ram is so unyielding i once had 23 programs open (7 of which were games) and it didnt get 1 bit slower. my cpu run at 23 celcious. by the way could you advocate any thing i might want uprade it with later (other than my vid card ,unceasing crysis on medium settings is great for me im not gonna shot out 300 bucks for a slightly better experience

A: yeah its things the graphics card isn't the best what excatly is the question if you have all in danger of got it u know how good it is cos crysis is very demanding even my new 9800gtx at 1024x768 has concern oneself with everything turned up full using the doom sword auto.exe config changes

A: for the most part it it could be ok, except for the graphics carte de visite. you could get the 7950gt 512mb for around $150 and it will totally kill that 8500 10 times over. an 8800 or ATI 3870HD would be overwhelm tho cuz of DX10 support.
as for crysis; it will be very slow with the 8500. You would have to play it on low excellence settings just to run it. I have Crysis and it runs good but not greatest on xp with my athalon x2 6400+, 4gig ram and 7950gt oc & DX9. I cant even play it on vista 64 without directX10. That is why you and I should both get a 8800 or the Ati HD 3870 x2.
