Morality idea but doesn't deliver
I bought two of these-one for a favour and one for myself. It worked fine for about 2 months and then it went haywire. I called the company and was told to send it back, but it was active to cost over $20 to get it fixed.
Definitely not a good bargain.

Quirky but elevated pictures
This is a Materfamilias's day gift for my wife giving her a photo album for the grandkids. The additional features are not being deliberate and will not be used. The photo presentation is excellent. They are clear, crisp with excellent color. The shield is large enough for easy viewing. The well-made case does not look cheap.
First problem is this mention has 512MB of memory NOT the 1GB stated. Amazon will take the item back but this seems to best option for a photo disc this size. This puts the user into the position of using a SD card to hold a large numeral of pictures. However, the SD card will not fit fully into the album. Only about half fits into the machine. This means the credit card needs to be carried as a separate item in your purse.
The controls are not user friendly, nor are the buttons unreserved to push with nails. The slide show option is about the only usable display option. Searching for a photo is spell consuming and difficult, given the controls.
The manual is not well written nor is it easy to use. It tells you to accuse the battery but not how to tell when the battery is charged. Most of our questions require looking in a couple of seats and deciding this is how is works.
With all the drawbacks, picture quality is excellent and this is one of the largest screens at one's disposal.

No Way To Standardize
When this issue came in, it had no way to organize your pics by folders. If you want to find a particular pic, you would have to just look thru everything. It doesn't describe it this way in the Amazon kind, so since it was incorrect I sent it back no charge and got a Digital Foci Album which is far superior to this. (See my review on this)

Large portable option
We got this result to take on an overseas trip visiting family. We chose this viewer due to the lithium-ion battery for extended charge life and the picture holding capacity. My only complaint is that the viewer was supposed to enter a occur pre-loaded with both the Mac and Windows version of the "loading" software. It only had the Mac version so I had to go to the website and download it. So far it seems submissive to use.

Wow!! What a eminent price! What a great product! Very user freindly; instructions easy to understand and well written. I received the PAD-280 by USPS 4 hours ago; know the instructions, downloaded the software and loaded 259 photos into 3 diffent folders. The 5 folder have a role is excellent for cataloging the photos. I perform energy audits and the PAD-280 eliminates the needfulness to carry my laptop to discuss the photos with associates. The PAD-280 facilitates organizing the photos downloaded from my laptop in any order I want. Can't believe all those features and accessories come at a price of less than $20. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast from Amazon. Digital Foci Pouch Album
The low expense for this item was great. However, the instructions that came with it were not especially clear, and, it was difficult initially to get it recognized by my computer (and other computers as well). But, once I was superior to upload pictures to the unit it performed well. For the low price, however, its difficult to complain too much.

Pocket Pictures
This is a out-and-out gift. I gave it to my husband on Father's Day and he really enjoys it. It is a fun twist on wallet photos. Uploading the pictures is extent easy. The only downfall is that it does have to be recharged frequently and so far it seems like you have to reset the clock and timer on it each spell you recharge it.

I charge the battery 2 hours then I put the cd and instate the software and then I conected to my laptop Usb but for my suprise it doesn't work at all. I go to the web site download all the things that they said but nothing happend I try it in several laptops an desktops but nothing. DON'T BUY IT you'r only throwing your long green to the trash!!!
